Factory Air Conditioning, power steering, power brakes, power windows, power seat, power radio antenna, windshield washer, emergency brake warning light, EZ Eye glass, front and rear bumper guards, door handle shields, tissue dispenser, visor vanity mirror, Rear Deck Mounding, Removeable Fender Skirts, New Goodyear Silvertown Wide White Radial tires. We have just bought a new 1957 WonderBar Radio that will be installed soon and we have a set of the original white white bias ply tires. (See pictures.) This is a numbers are matching car with two exceptions. The Car was built in October 1956 and the Cylinder Heard is dated February 1957. There was a common problem with some of the 1957 early production heads. This was the first year of the 283 Cubic Inch Motor. We believe that the cylinder heads were replaced by the dealer under the original warranty. This will still pass for a numbers matching and judged car. The only other issue is that the Center Transmission case is from a 1955 Chevrolet. The numbers cannot be seen unless the transmission is taken out and therefore, not an issue with judging an original car. Pictures and documentation and receipts of the restoration of the car are available. The entire body and frame were media blasted. There was absolutely no rust in the entire body or frame except a 1/8 inch hole in the panel below the edge of the trunk lid and just below the rear fender. This was, of course, repaired. The Car has 1500 miles since the complete frame-off rotisserie restoration. The restoration was completed just a couple of years ago. This is a California car and had no rust at the time of restoration, or now. A couple of notes that should be interesting for any potential buyer. The Air Conditioning system is factory installed and VERY rare. The base price on this car was about $2,350. The AC option cost $430. over 18% of the base price of the car back in 1957. The Air Conditioning System has been completely rebuilt and refurbished with new components and uses the new Freon Refrigerant R1234yf. The Dryer was taken apart and reassembled with new, modern components. The compressor was completely rebuilt. The result is that this original AC system works as well as a new modern AC system. And you cannot tell that it is not completely original. This restoration was done with factory original specs and has been judged. Shortly after the restoration was complete, the car was judged at about 978 points out of 1000 points.
