Selling my 1964 Mercedes Benz 300 SE-Lang Limo, owned since 2003 . This 300 is 1 of only 5 special 300 series cars built up with the ORIGINAL Factory Center Divider Partition. Displayed in 1964 as the Mercedes Benz Official Factory Show & Display Car. Also Documented. Originally located by me and purchased in Hamburg, Germany in 2002 — shipped via sea container to the USA for complete refurbishments — completed in 2006 by: Bud’s Benz in Ga. & Heritage Woodworks in Andrews, N.C. Original European Delivery Model — not one being changed over ! Miles are in Kilometers. 4 Speed Manual Transmission on Column. Engine M-189 Number 000001 . This was the last of the 300SE-Lang models to be displayed by Mercedes Benz, as the new 600 Grosser M-100 was just introduced in 1964. The ( 015 series ) 300SE-Lang were in very a limited & special built production –less than 1500 built between 1963 & 1965 Less built than the 300SL Gull Wing models . Later Sold to: The Royal Family of The Netherlands for private use, and then to the Royal Dutch Embassy in Belgium for Diplomatic use. Ect. This 300SE was acquired from the: AUTOMUSEUM Bergeyk NL via Clasico GmbH in Hamburg, Germany .. This 300SE has won in several large vintage car shows during the time I have owned it. I rarely if ever drive this fine car for obvious reasons as it always remains in covered inside storage.
